ABC’s of Handmade Holidays – Update

In anticipation of the Handmade Holidays special, Stampin’ Up! placed orders a while back to stock up on the fabulously popular Decorative Label Punch, found in the Tags til Christmas Bundle #1. However, Stampin’ Up! just received word that those shipments will be delayed. You are still welcome to order the Tags til Christmas Bundle #1 to get the 20% discount, and your stamp set will ship right away. Your Decorative Label Punch may need to be filled as a backorder, and will be shipped out in the order that stock is received.

In light of this inconvenience, Stampin’ Up! has created a Tags til Christmas Bundle #2, which features another great punch–the Ornament Punch. Like Bundle #1, this Bundle #2 is also available with Spanish or French stamp sets, as well as a choice of wood mount or clear mount stamp set, at a 20% discount. (By the way, if you order a clear mount stamp set, don’t forget to order clear blocks! Contact me for confirmation on what size blocks may work best for your set.)

My Digital Studio Update

The My Digital Studio version 1.0.5 update is now available. With this latest update, you will receive functionality upgrades as well as access to seven new professional print output products–including a trifold card, a journal, a 5.5″ x 6.5″ calendar with easel, and four postcards.

It is important that you have the most recent version of the My Digital Studio software prior to installing the Professional Print Product Update.

Updating your software:

If you have installed the initial update (version 1.0.1), simply click “Help” and select “Check for Updates” in the My Digital Studio software. The update will be performed automatically.
If you have not completed the initial update, download the My Digital Studio update for a PC (version 1.0.1), or download the My Digital Studio update for a Mac (version 1.0.1). Then, complete the steps listed above to get the most recent update.
Please note: once you download and install the update, your My Digital Studio software will display as My Digital Studio “1.0.5.665″ in the About My Digital Studio screen under the Help menu.

My Digital Studio Design Contest

Stampin’ Up! invites YOU to participate in its first ever digital design contest using My Digital Studio and Stampin’ Up!’s digital downloads! The My Digital Studio Design contest was created to recognize the amazing digital design skills of our talented, creative customers and demonstrators! The contest is open to all customers and demonstrators who have access to My Digital Studio in the US and Canada; five customers and five demonstrators will be selected to win. To enter the contest you will need to design one digital card and two single-page layouts using ONLY My Digital Studio product and Stampin’ Up downloads. Submit all samples along with an official entry form and photo release form (if applicable) to MDSContest@stampinup.com.
Winners will receive free My Digital Studio digital downloads from Stampin’ Up valued at approximately $400! You will also receive a digital pin for your personal blog.

October 12th

I have some exciting news for you today! Stampin’ Up! is offering a contest for us demos to see if we can hit a certain number of bookings as a group. The grand prize drawing is for a $100 gift certificate–but the even cooler part is that if we participate and the group hits the goal–the demonstrators ALL WIN a free stamp set from the Spring Mini! That’s so cool!

The only catch is–we have ONE DAY to hit this goal–Tuesday, October 12th. But–I know it won’t be a problem, because we can book SALE A BRATION PARTIES!!! So start thinking about what days and times would work for you, mid-January through the end of March!

You can also schedule any time before January as well. Starting October 19th, selections of Holiday Mini merchandise that coordinate with each other will be offered together at a discount! This special runs through December 16th, so it’s a great time to have a party and capitalize on everyone’s need to get Christmas cards and gifts made and in the mail.

So I’ll be doing my part! And because I have a teensy weensy phone phobia, I decided I’m going to do something to make you VERY GLAD I called you on October 12th! Here’s the deal: if you mention the codeword in this post to me before I ask you about setting up a Sale A Bration party, you will recieve a free single stamp of your choice on the date of your show (background stamps not included). You can view these stamps in the Idea Book, pages 18-20. Here’s a few of my favorites!
